Standard equipment is identical across all three room types; they differ only in occupancy, level of privacy and price.

Single Room
Intended for students who prefer single occupancy and a quiet study environment. An en-suite bathroom, a large desk with bookshelf, a fridge and a lockable wardrobe are standard. The room has two bed bases, which students may join together into one wide bed if they wish.
Double Room
Our most frequently selected room type. Each student is allocated a desk, a lockable wardrobe and a storage bed; the en-suite bathroom is shared between the two occupants.
Triple Room
Our most economical room type. Each of the three students is allocated a desk, a lockable wardrobe and a storage bed.
Standard in all our rooms
Heating & Hot Water
Central gas heating and an uninterrupted hot water supply maintain a stable room temperature through the winter.
En-Suite Bathroom
Every room has its own bathroom and toilet; no corridor facilities are shared.
24/7 Fiber Internet
High-speed fiber internet in the room and in all common areas.
Lockable Storage
A lockable wardrobe, coat unit, nightstand and storage bed are allocated to each student individually.
Bed Linen Provided
Pillow, duvet, sheets, mattress protector and fleece blanket, supplied clean and new.
Free Cleaning
Room cleaning once a week and linen changes every two weeks, free of charge.
